Introduction<\/strong> At Hoomei.co.uk, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you&#8217;re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we&#8217;re here to help. <\/p><p><strong>2. Returns<\/strong> You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by Hoomei.fr within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Here&#8217;s how: <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Send the item to the address we provide.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Include your receipt or proof of purchase in your parcel.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Return conditions :<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Items must be returned in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n<li>Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Refunds<\/strong> Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. <\/p><p>If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.<\/p><p><strong>4.
