2. Returns You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by Hoomei.fr within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Here’s how:

  • Step 3: Include your receipt or proof of purchase in your parcel.

Return conditions :

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
